Halloween treat confirmed 🎃
BMW i3 50 xDrive M Sport First Edition (UK RHD CoC):
• WLTP electric range: 861 km ≈ 535 miles
• City: 1042 km ≈ 647 miles
Official BMW figures for the model are up to ~906 km (563 miles) WLTP depending on spec/wheels.
Efficiency from BMW data (~13.5–16.1 kWh/100 km) translates to roughly 217–259 Wh/mile or about 3.9–4.6 miles/kWh.
That's seriously efficient for a new-class sedan with two xDrive engines, each with an output of ~345 kW / 469 hp. Solid numbers for electric car enthusiasts. 🔋
A Halloween treat for EV geeks - CoC of the BMW i3 50 xDrive M Sport First Edition. Mind you this is UK RHD version car. @electricfelix @DriveGreen80167 @DanielGrzybEV @RoamingNorway @norbertcala @BjornNyland

How is life at different levels of GDP per capita?
The chart shows the relationship between GDP (gross domestic product) per capita — a measure of average incomes in a country — and people’s living conditions.
Where GDP per capita is higher, living conditions are far better in many ways. Where average incomes are higher, children die less often, fewer of them are born dead, mothers die less often, fewer children suffer from hunger, doctors can focus on fewer patients, people live longer, more people can read, children have better access to education and better learning outcomes, more people have access to electricity and clean drinking water, and people are happier with their lives.
The disparity between countries with a low and a high GDP per capita is enormous. Looking at the first panel, for example, you can see that a child born in one of the poorest countries is more than 20 times as likely to die as a child born in one of the richest.

Made in Pune! India's port automation ambitions are taking shape.
Pune-based Quintrans @QHyperloop has reportedly tested a scaled platform capable of moving a 1-tonne load at 10 km/h using linear-motor technology.
The goal is to automate container movement inside ports, reduce dependence on conventional vehicles and potentially cut cargo handling delays.
It's still a prototype, but the bigger opportunity is making Indian ports faster, smarter and more competitive.
An Anthropic engineer explains why he earns $350K–$950K:
“I know how to build harnesses.
99% of people still build multi-agent systems manually and wonder why they keep breaking.
I build systems that run loops, use sandboxed tools, and turn yesterday’s logs into new skills.
Same model. 10x more reliable agents that improve while you sleep.”
Opus 5.5 → Agents → Harnesses → Loops → Graphs
In a short workshop, he breaks down how to build one from scratch:
Step 1 → Manage loops, context, and sandboxing through a harness
Step 2 → Separate the brain from the tools to reach the first token 60% faster
Step 3 → Run agents server-side and recover from crashes using logs
Step 4 → Make failures recoverable with retries and replays instead of starting over
Step 5 → Turn past execution logs into new memories so the system gets smarter over time
Anthropic calls this process “dreaming.”
Most developers spend weeks building these systems manually.
This workshop shows you a faster way.
