A lot of men are walking around with undiagnosed mental issues. I say this with so much love. Please go get help. The anger, the violence, the lack of accountability for your terrible behavior.. Shit, even the serial dating and hypersexuality is deep rooted and connected to trauma. It’s time to unpack that and heal.
Quotes are saying that he wasn't kind or assertive when his co-star faced racist bullying. Bc she was deemed too "unattractive" to be his love interest. Outside of these people, the takeaway is, we want men (esp. yt men) to defend and protect women who aren't the beauty standard.
Zendaya says there's one attractive quality about her husband that makes her jealous and impressed
Zendaya: "Something I am always impressed with Tom about, which I feel like I want to inherit more of, is he's very...
Tom Holland: "Awesome? legendary? talented?"
Zendaya: Yeah, so many great words...but you really stand on your big stickler for respect and kindness."
"Not to say that I'm not doing that, but you just make sure that is in the front."
"And then if that line is crossed, I think sometimes he's better at drawing boundaries and making things clear. And I'm a little bit more like, okay, guys, it's all right, everything's all right."
"You're good at being like, no, no, this is, we're not doing this. You're good at setting the boundaries when they need to be set. Really clearly, really strong."
"So I like that you have, you know what you feel is right for yourself, and you do it, and for others you're very protective in that way.
Ideally everyone in the world would defend and protect the most vulnerable people. But yt men clearly have the most power and benefit most from the prevailing world systems born through colonialism. Especially Western European beauty standards.
FYI those of you making critical comments are unknowingly fueling the plastic surgery market in the first place. She looked great before and she looks great now. Don't get your undies in a bundle.

no but the premise of demonic possession as a metaphor for SA and the running theme throughout of all the ways misogyny and objectification ruin girls' ability to have agency and awareness of their own desires. don't think enough people appreciate the true sadness of this movie.
Amanda Seyfried says the marketing for Jennifer’s Body ruined what she considers a perfect movie.
Amanda Seyfried: “I can’t critique this movie. To me, it’s a perfect movie. It’s got balls.”
“Diablo Cody was outspoken and beautiful and smart and funny, and we were expressing a certain angst in a very, very specific comedic way, in a very specific genre.”
“The special effects were incredible. There were stunts, there was, like, everything that you could want, and girl-on-girl action.”
“If the critics criticized anything, it would be the marketing. The marketing sucked. It just did. And we all agree.”
“Karyn is a fierce advocate of women and storytelling. She’s able to enhance the relationships between women on film and TV. She’s very human and very sensitive, and I felt like she cared deeply about the story underneath all of it.”
“She got it all and she put it together so beautifully. And the marketing team cheapened it. Like it was just, you know, a romp, a gory romp. I think they ruined it.”
“I’m looking forward to the sequel. They’re working on it. I already said thumbs up. I was like, whenever you’re ready, I’m ready.”
“I want to play Needy. I love Needy.”

I wish more women knew suffering in the pursuit of romance is not normal and there is no prize for endurance. Love should feel beautiful and fun. I am tired of seeing women suffer in the name of being loved.

I saw a post on Reddit that said, “When you walk through a museum, you’re not just looking at art. You’re moving through centuries of people trying to explain love, grief, power, beauty, and belonging.” I don’t think I’ve ever seen a museum described so beautifully.

It’s like you all forgot that the founder and owner of Victoria’s Secret was deeply connected to Jeffrey Epstein
This reminds me of when gay guys start talking about how repulsive & gross vaginas are to them. They rightfully got ripped a new one on here for that. So is she. Body shaming is never cool. You can have a preference and not shit talk someone else's body.
Reneé Rapp says she’s so gay that penises genuinely make her feel sick to her stomach
Alexandra Cooper: “What is the most lesbian thing about you?”
Reneé Rapp: “Toa said this to me the other day. She was like, ‘You are so fucking gay. You are so much gayer than I am.’”
“And I was like, ‘Excuse me? What are you talking about? Look at you. Are we deadass right now?’”
“And she was like, ‘No, no, no. You are so much gayer than I am. You are so deeply, deeply, deeply repulsed by dick. It is insane.’”
“And it’s true. I can’t even. It makes my stomach turn. It makes me sick to my stomach. I don’t understand it. I can’t get behind it.”
“I don’t like the shape. I don’t like the fact that it’s… I hate it. It makes me deeply upset and sick to my stomach.”
“Are you aware of something called dorking?”
Alexandra Cooper: “No?”
Reneé Rapp: “Yeah, don’t be. Oh my God, I’m getting, like, viscerally sick thinking about it.”
“It’s where people with dicks, like, they twerk with their… they dance, basically. I just found out about it and I was like, ‘You all are fucking repulsive. You have to stop that right now.’”
“I feel assaulted just by hearing it. Just by hearing it.”
Alexandra Cooper: “Wait, they’re swinging their wieners around?”
Reneé Rapp: “Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. I can’t do it.”
“When you’re so gay or so lesbian, you can make jokes about it and it’s like, ‘Hee hee hee.’ I’m like, no, literally not at all. It makes me sick to my stomach.”
“I’ve just warmed up to it to where I can hear it. But I think that’s the most lesbian thing about me. It makes me viscerally upset. There’s a deep, guttural… I’m literally like, ‘Stop it right now.’”

Femphobia is so real bc as a fat butch, I see a lot of in community support for fat butches. And when ppl think fat lesbians they always think butch. But that support for femmes is so rare. I hope you become surrounded by people who love and desire you for who you are
