The FDA just approved a new ADHD drug for SIX YEAR OLDS. Why are they so desperate to drug your kids? SIMTRIYO (centanafadine) cleared the FDA today. First in class norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin reuptake inhibitor, approved for adults and children aged 6 and over weighing at least 20 kg. Across 36 OECD countries the US holds - 26.8% of the population - 67.6% of the stimulant consumption The number of Americans prescribed a stimulant went from 11.1 million in 2012 to 16.5 million in 2023. The paediatric data is worse. A study of 9,708 preschoolers published last August found 42.2% were medicated within a month of diagnosis. A six year old should not be on a daily drug because he is bored, because he cannot sit still for six hours, or because parents allow them to watch brainrot all day and fry their attention spans.

If they cannot sell you an mRNA flu shot with the long-term data on the table, then they shouldn't get to slide it into your arm.
