. @DCPSouthDelhi @DCPDwarka @DelhiPolice you have hired goons as police workers who extorted us This is not a cry for help but genuine emotions and how i feel about you right now here is what happened: Three of my friends were coming home from night on 29th Decembers and around 9:30PM and at sector 10 Dwarka Road near the market one guy was driving drunk ahead of us and we were driving in our lane later on our rear-view mirror collided and his rear-view mirror got damaged as it was an old beat-up car Then my friend who was driving parked the car beside a little bit ahead to check that if our car faced any damages as it wasn't even a month old after finding out that our car didn't even have a scratch then we saw the other guy had parked his car as well so we went to see if he is fine or not. (my friend found an empty beer can in his front seat afterwards) he started clicking pictures of our car number plate we told him that you can click from side but not from the front to which he ignored and started hurling abuses at us then things escalated he shoved my friend and told him "teri maa rand" and reflexively he shoved him back and he fell down afterwards he started threatening us for "grievous assault" and mein doctor hun and said "mera baap police mein h" I took my friend with whom he had an altercation to the side and my friend gave him water and medicines and also he his arm was swollen at that moment so the friend who gave him medicine went to his car and dropped him near his house as he might had problem in turning the car at that moment he found the empty beer can aswell when he asked did you drink it he said "limit mein pee h" he told him don't worry nothing would happen but later on he called us from or afterwards police station and told that the swollen arm is paining a lot so my friend told that don't worry if anything happens, we will take care of expenses humanity comes first. Next morning police called the same friend who treated him said he had registered a report against us and come to police station with the car and all three of us. We complied and did that. The police incharge Sankar Meena (His name from true caller) made us wait for 30-40 mins more and said they want to register said "Mujhe toh pata h tumhari galti nhi h par mein kuch bhi nhi kar sakta ab batao kya karloge kyunki uska baap SI h" in his room and showed us a blood reprot were his alchol came to zero. Later on his father (Surrendar Yadav) came and started profiling us by politely asking first what is our name, what we do, and what our father does, later on he subtly threatend us by saying that "hume toh lamba pain dena ata" and said call our parents i am filing an FIR and said "mein adhaar se sab match karunga" ater on his son came with bandages wrapped around his arm wrote his statement, his father admited to the alcohol can being present in his car aswell. I had called my mother who is a lecturer at a renowned coaching institute and was teaching students had to called him and started rudely talking to my mother later on she got scared by the way he was talking and left her class to come to the police station. Then his goon police uncle came aswell started hurling abuses and threatening us in front of my mother. My mom has damaged lung due to TB and suffers from insomnia after hearing all this her eyes teared up and said sir do whatever you want but pls let them go later on i called my father who isn't in delhi to talk to his father and to him he repeated the statement ki ab joh dekha jayega woh krte h kyunki "gehon ki saath gun bhi piss jata h" they also told us you can't leave and if you go leave your phone in the police station and threatened us that we will make sure your passport and adhaar have this on record One of my friends then called his uncle to which both IO Sankar Meena, SI (Surrender Yadav) and his uncle shouted, abused him that you are not his father get the fuck out of here. Infront of all of us his, and his father (Surendar Yadav) threatened us that meet us outside the police station i will show hot headedness and beat the fuck out of you. Also his uncle made us stand in-line as school student and took our photo without through intimidation as if we were some lowly criminals (fucker you are the one committing the crime here) Both my friend then in fear called their family and when all of us came he demanded 3L for his son as he won't be able to treat patient and for the psychological pressure he got and then settled for 2.5L and during the settlement he asked us to apologies and asked my friend to hold his ear and apologies infront of everyone. and mind you they didn't even write our statement and forced us to sign the statement of the doctor and wrote in his statement they WE PAID 2.5L FOR HIS MEDICAL EXPENSES but told us that he got fired from his job and now can work for at least 6 weeks Did I forget to mention that they police forced us and our parents to sign his statement. Which doesn't even make sense as they weren't involve at all also there were way to many lies in the report like all three of us beaten him badly when you started to shove first and reflexively the other guy shoved aswell, Fucker I was the one trying to calm the situation, one of treated you with medicines bandages and water, while the guy you shoved and told "tere maa rand" had a reflexively response and avoided any physical interaction with you afterwards Man, truly what an asshole you, your father and your uncle, bunch of corrupt criminals in disguise and all of this took place inside police jurisdiction with no evidence of fracture or his employment being affected to us or but was subtly written in his statement.
