Meet Wren: the agent that looks after your agents.
Your dialog agents handle thousands of customer conversations a day, and keeping watch over all of them to make sure everything is working as well as possible is a lot for any team to stay on top of. Overnight, it reviews conversations, catches bugs like a validation rule rejecting valid customers, and has a fix ready before you log on. Live now.

Some of the best conversations happen before 9 AM. ☕
Earlier this week, CX and ops leaders joined us for a private breakfast in London on where voice AI delivers in the contact center, and where it still falls short.
Thanks to everyone who joined us. We're already looking forward to the next one.
Right now, only the most technical teams get to feel the “magic” of an AI agent that improves itself. Arkadiusz Kwapiszewski says that's the whole point of Wren: build the validation and the workflow straight into the harness, so anyone running a call center can get hooked on that same feeling, no coding skill required.

AI is evolving from coder to coworker.
That was the premise behind yesterday's AI builders' panel, "The evolution of AI from coders to coworkers," hosted by Atomicwork in San Francisco. Our CEO, Nikola Mrkšić, joined leaders from Replit, Meta AI, Browserbase, and Kanu Gulati of @khoslaventures to talk through what it looks like when AI agents work alongside your team, not just behind it.
PolyAI brought a live example to the conversation: Wren, our agent that analyzes every conversation our dialog agents have.

Tomorrow: Morgan Norman, Helen Greul, Arkadiusz Kwapiszewski, and Peter McKee show you Wren live, the agent that got Golden Nugget a 33% bookings jump in 24 hours.

Just one week out from CCW Amsterdam, where PolyAI CEO Nikola Mrkšić will moderate "How CX Leaders Are Building the Case for Customer-Facing AI."
Nikola will be joined by CX leaders from NatWest and UniCredit, where they'll cover how they built internal buy-in, worked through governance and approval processes, and moved from pilot to production at scale.
If you've ever sat through an approvals meeting that felt harder than the actual AI deployment, this one's for you.
We're at CCW Europe all week. Grab time with our team: bit.ly/4AFNPy3
Servus, Deutschland! PolyAI is officially in the German market, and we celebrated with customers and new friends the way Munich does it best: at Oktoberfest. 🇩🇪
Customers and prospects joined us in Munich to talk all things CX, over steins and great company, and it was a brilliant few days of connection.
Our German goes well beyond Prost, too. Our dialog agents speak fluent German, so businesses can serve customers in the language they're most comfortable in. A good conversation makes the difference every time, and we're bringing that to more businesses across Germany.
Auf geht's!
We asked Vixxo's CTO Derek Neighbors what CX leaders should be doing over the next year and a half.
He didn't hedge: "No matter how fast you think you're going, you're not going fast enough."
His warning is about what stalls companies, letting governance debates take over the room before anyone has learned what these tools can do. Governance matters, he says, but once it's dominating the conversation instead of the learning, you're in trouble. His full case, in the episode.

We spent the week at HumanX, talking with builders, operators, and researchers about where voice AI is actually headed.
Our favorite moment: Shawn Wen on stage with Alex Gay (Otter.ai), moderated by TechCrunch's Ivan Mehta.
Their takeaway: sounding human isn't the goal for voice AI. Being efficient, competent, and right for the moment is.

We're heading to Gartner IT Symposium 2026 in Orlando next month.
Catch our CEO Nikola Mrkšić on October 21st talking agentic AI that resolves a request, not just answers it. Plus: an invite-only dinner for CX leaders on October 19th.

Every night, Wren reviews the last 24 hours of your dialog agent's calls and writes you a report. 📊
For issues it can fix, it doesn't just flag them. It proposes the fix, tests it before and after, then you approve and publish.

One week from today: we're showing you the system watching over your dialog agents.
Wren catches performance drift before it hits your dashboard, then tests and ships the fix, without a PolyAI engineer involved.
Join the webinar to see Wren in action and hear from PolyAI's Helen Greul, Arkadiusz Kwapiszewski, Peter McKee, and Morgan Norman to find out where agent optimization is headed next. 🚀

We're taking our dialog agents to a passenger terminal. Feels right: both are in the business of getting people where they're going without a two-hour wait. 🚢
At Customer Contact Week Europe in Amsterdam, we'll show you dialog agents resolving critical calls end-to-end, live on the floor.

Every contact center has repetitive, high-volume tasks ready for AI today, whether the workflow is voice or omnichannel. @polyaIvoice's Senior Channel Solutions Consultant, Jamaal Savwoir, says the real move is a crawl, walk, run approach, not a search for the perfect use case.
A failing test just did its job: it caught a change that would have let guests book on Saturdays, when Saturday bookings aren't allowed.
Watch one of our engineers Satchel fix it before it ever reaches production, using "diagnose with Wren." He clicks diagnose, and Wren opens a new chat with full context on the failure. It works out what's broken and proposes a fix. Satchel approves it, and Wren opens a branch to build and validate the change safely.
Rerun the failing test: it passes. One more check confirms the agent is correctly refusing to book on Saturdays.
It's a look at how Wren can be used to catch, diagnose, and fix issues before they ever reach a live caller.

CCW Nashville is where customer contact leaders debate what's next. We'd argue it's already here.
Our team will be on site to show you how our dialog agents handle real conversations, across billions of dollars in transactions, in dozens of languages, resolving the repetitive, high-volume calls so your agents can focus on the conversations that matter most.
Sticking around for an encore? Join our happy hour on October 8th at 6PM at Urban Cowboy Bar.
