ประกาศแจ้งรายละเอียดการคืนเงินค่าบัตรคอนเสิร์ต BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR < XX : COSMOS > IN BANGKOK รอบวันอาทิตย์ที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ตามที่ผู้จัดงานได้ประกาศยกเลิกการแสดงรอบวันอาทิตย์ที่ 8 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เนื่องด้วยสภาพอากาศที่ไม่คาดคิด ผู้จัดงานจะคืนเงินให้แก่ผู้ถือบัตรรอบดังกล่าวทุกท่าน เต็มจำนวนตามยอดที่ชำระจริง โดยผู้จัดงานจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าธรรมเนียมการออกบัตรและค่าธรรมเนียมช่องทางการชำระเงินทั้งหมด ขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาในการคืนเงินจะแตกต่างกันตามช่องทางที่ซื้อบัตรและวิธีการชำระเงิน สำหรับท่านที่ต้องยื่นคำขอคืนเงินหรือแจ้งข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร กรุณาดำเนินการ ภายในวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2569 ส่วนท่านที่ได้รับเงินคืนโดยอัตโนมัติ ไม่จำเป็นต้องยื่นคำขอเพิ่มเติม ผู้จัดงานทราบดีว่าทุกท่านต่างเฝ้ารอคอนเสิร์ตครั้งนี้ และขออภัยอย่างยิ่งสำหรับความผิดหวังและความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น ขอขอบพระคุณทุกท่านสำหรับความเข้าใจและการสนับสนุนเสมอมา ------------------------- Ticket Refund Details: BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR < XX : COSMOS > IN BANGKOK (Sunday, November 8, 2026 Performance) Following the cancellation of the Sunday, 8 November 2026 performance due to unexpected weather conditions, all ticket holders for this performance will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The organizer will cover all ticketing fee and payment gateway. The refund process and timing will depend on where you purchased your ticket and how you paid. If you need to submit a refund request or provide your bank account details, please do so by 15 December 2026. If your refund is automatic, no further action is required. We know how much you were looking forward to this concert, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience the cancellation has caused.
