Ontario’s childcare sector is already in a staffing crisis, and now Ford is freezing workers’ wages for 2027. Ontario is a wealthy province. Saying we can’t afford an extra $1 an hour for the people who care for our kids shows exactly where Doug Ford’s priorities lie. Greens are calling on Ford to reverse this move. It’s time to put care back at the centre of politics.
