Märkligt resonemang. Det viktigaste är att det finns personal i krigsförbanden, inte att värnpliktiga hamnar i reserver. 2025 krigsplacerade vi in flera tusen från personalreserven in i krigsförbanden. Då ökade förbanden och reserven minskade.
