Can’t wait to use rocker. @alexvogenthaler is a phenomenal product leader and knows what it takes to run large orgs.
1/ How rocker.ai is more than an assistant; why we built a nervous system for companies:
I spent years running the products behind 90%+ of Stripe’s revenue. At one point I counted 250 projects I was responsible for. My job was knowing the dependencies the teams themselves weren't aware of, which plans had to change, and what important historical context people were missing.

Very proud of @immad and the Mercury team!
They've not only built an incredible product but also an incredible brand.
Most everyone I talk to has a good impression of them.
Excited to announce @Mercury crossing $1bn/yr in revenue and 450k customers.

1/ The FDIC just approved @Mercury Bank, N.A.'s application for deposit insurance.
One step closer to opening Mercury Bank!. There is still work between here and opening Mercury Bank’s virtual doors, which should happen in 2027.
I started Mercury in 2017 because I wanted to build the bank I wished had existed when I was running my previous companies. Going from a fintech with bank partners to a tech company with an actual bank has been the vision from the beginning.

When you’re @JeffDean , you pick VCs that you allow on the cap table.
Replying to @JeffDean
We created a pitch deck to tell a handful of VC firms about us and what we were up to (a fun experience!). Here’s a few slides about our background and some of the things we’ve worked on from the pitch deck (it was fun putting together the list of people in our teams who have gone on to found a whole range of exciting companies). We are delighted to have selected @radicalvcfund
and @khoslaventures to lead our initial funding round, along with participation from @lightspeedvp, @kleinerperkins, Doerr Capital (@johndoerr), and Alphabet (@Google). We’ll be working with them to close our seed round over the next few weeks.
Redpoint hit every single VC trope in their latest video.
- did you know that 6x is the new 3x?
- thanks for telling us that we should be more like Anthropic
- build a token leaderboard? we've never heard that before
Now the main question - why isn't it on twitter?

Supabase has raised $500M at a $10B valuation
In this round we are giving @supabase employees the opportunity to cash out 25% of their vested options. We have done this in every round since inception.
We do it as a “cashless transaction” so that employees don’t need to front any cash to exercise their options. This is the friendliest way we could design it until we can offer RSUs.
On top of that, we give employees a 10 year exercise window: whether they stay or leave the company. The typical/default window is 3 months. IMO, equity is earned and employees shouldn't be penalized because they don't have the cash to exercise within 3 months of leaving a job (often that's the time they need the cash/certainty the most).
I can’t wait to get Kirkland signature legal advice at my neighborhood Costco! Love it when they bring things in house.
