This is proof that Modi Govt is giving bulk suspension orders to Instagram.
They are not even bothering to check individual posts, just blindly blocking posts left and right in mass.
Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.

चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत एक महिला पत्रकार को भीड़ में धक्का लगने पर राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ पिटिशन को लिस्ट कर लेते हैं, जस्टिस बागची के साथ सुनवाई को राज़ी हो जाते हैं.
1. पिटिशन गौरव भाटिया की है जो बीजेपी के प्रवक्ता हैं
2. गौरव भाटिया के पास उस पत्रकार का वकालतनामा नहीं है
3. कोई FIR नहीं है, वीडियो से आरोप पुष्ट नहीं हो रहा है और वो पत्रकार खुद कोर्ट नहीं आई.
4. धक्का गौरव भाटिया को नहीं लगा.
इसके बावजूद जस्टिस सूर्यकांत पिटिशन एडमिट कर लेते हैं.
इसलिये कह रहा हूं कि चीफ जस्टिस को सुल्तानपुर के एसीएम ऑर्डर पढ़ना चाहिये.
चीफ़ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत को सुल्तानपुर के एडिशनल जुडीशयल मजिस्ट्रेट शुभम वर्मा का राहुल गांधी को डिफेमेशन के आरोप से बरी करने का फैसला पढ़ना चाहिये.
तीन कारण बताये हैं एसीएम शुभम वर्मा ने.
1. चुनाव में नेताओं के बीच ऐसी बयानबाजी होती है जो एक अच्छे लोकतंत्र का स्वाभाविक हिस्सा है.
2. नेताओं की राजनीतिक बयानबाजी पर डिफेमेशन सामान्य लोगों से फ़र्क है.
3. शिकायतकर्ता बीजेपी के वर्कर है खुद अमित शाह नहीं है. सभ्य समाज रूल ऑफ लॉ से चलता है. किसी पार्टी के तमाम कार्यकर्ताओं को मुकदमों की झड़ी लगाने की इजाज़त नहीं दी जा सकती.

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत की अध्यक्षता में ज्यूडिशियरी अदालतों के भाजपाकरण के रोज़ नये रिकॉर्ड बना रही है. बबलू राय को हत्या के मामले में उम्रकैद हो चुकी है और अब उसने बीजेपी से चुनाव लड़ने की ख्वाहिश जताई तो इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के जजों सिद्धार्थ और विनय द्विवेदी का दिल पसीज गया.

- In Maharashtra's SIR draft roll, the birth year of 2,70,313 voters was recorded as 1900.
- Many showed up as 126 years old.
- 88% of them in just three Nashik seats: Kalvan (ST), Chandwad and Deolali (SC).
Now the real scandal.
Maharashtra's own Chief Electoral Officer asked ECI's IT division in Delhi for the data to check it. September 2. Again September 8.
Nothing.
September 17, he wrote to the Senior Deputy EC: give it "without further delay."
Still nothing.
October 5, Indian Express asks ECI. The data shows up that same day.
Fixed October 6. More than a month after it was flagged.
A state's election chief can't even open his own state's voter data without begging Delhi.
Exactly what Gyanesh Kumar's own colleagues warned about. EC Vivek Joshi called it "the gradual centralisation of the electoral roll database."
And while this "glitch" sat there, Maharashtra's roll fell from 9.79 crore to 7.72 crore.
