Suppertime is part of my British Birds range, featuring a beautiful song thrush sitting in a sunlit woodland. I once saw a thrush bashing a snail on a stone to get a tasty meal - a fascinating little glimpse into nature! Sunset Sycamore Gap is my reminder of this iconic Northumberland landmark as it once was. I created this sunset interpretation a few years ago, and although the etching has sold out, it's still available as a greetings card. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Northumberland #SycamoreGap #ArtistCards

Strike the Right Note is a piece where I’ve enjoyed using stencils with colour gradients to create softly shifting colours. The lively, syncopated feel of the poppy seedheads reminds me of visual music, with their forms even suggesting notes on a stave - hence the title. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #PoppyArt #ColourAndPattern #MixedMedia

Serenity is influenced by Japanese woodcuts, with layers of translucent ink creating a soft glow of colour. I imagine the reeds gently moving in a light breeze, touched by the fading light of the setting sun. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Monotype #JapaneseWoodcut #LandscapeArt

Robin in the Rosehips is inspired by the quiet promise of spring. As Christina Rossetti wrote: “Sing robin, sing: I still am sore in doubt concerning Spring.” This little robin captures that same sense of hope as the seasons begin to turn. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Robin #ChristinaRossetti #ArtistCards

Prince of Thieves is inspired by the Great Spotted Woodpecker, a bird I'm lucky enough to occasionally see on my garden bird feeder despite living in the city. I've even seen them chasing naturalised parakeets in the park! Part of my British Birds greetings card series. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Birdwatching #Woodpecker #BritishBirds

Ploughed Earth is one of my early etchings, created after many years of learning and refining my approach to the process. I’ve made the difficult decision to move away from etching as it simply takes too long, but I’m pleased this edition of 50 has sold out. Greetings cards are still available. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #EtchingArt #LandscapeArt #ArtistCards

Plough the Fields isn’t a particular place, but the hills and fields are inspired by the landscapes of Northumberland and the #YorkshireDales. The distant hill could be Whernside or Pen-y-ghent, while the white cottage provides a strong focus within the composition. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #LandscapeArt #Northumberland #YorkshireDales

Patience is inspired by the quiet stillness of a heron fishing at the edge of a pond or lake. There’s something about the dusky grey feathers and the graceful curve of its neck that I find mesmerising. Available as a greetings card as part of my British Birds series. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #BritishBirds #Heron #ArtistCards

Open Door uses a really tall format, which has been fun to work with - and handy for narrow spaces! The contrast between the feathery mark-making of the sky and the intense patterns of the land creates balance within the composition. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #LandscapeArt #Monotype #AbstractLandscape

Night Fox is inspired by the foxes that appear in both town and countryside. Have you seen one recently? I’ve spotted them in city allotments and even had one stroll across my garden lawn. This is Night Fox from my greetings card range. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #FoxArt #WildlifeArt #ArtistCards

Jewel of the River is inspired by those fleeting glimpses of a kingfisher, its intense flash of colour lighting up the soft, muted tones of a riverbank or pond. One of nature’s real treats. Hill Top Stand was inspired by those distinctive little groups of trees that sit proudly on hilltops. I’ve heard them described as tumps, clumps and copses, but I wonder what you would call this landform? I love the mystery and folklore surrounding these places, including stories of tree circles that were cut down and brought bad luck. #LandscapeArt #Folklore #ArtistCards

Hill Top Copse captures a small group of windswept trees standing proudly on a hill, inspired by the shapes and forms found in the landscape around us. I enjoyed exploring the earthy colours, layered textures and patterned fields to create this atmospheric countryside scene. Frosty Morning captures the crisp beauty of a winter landscape, with a glowing sun rising above frosty hills. I used my patchwork textures and cool colour palette to create a sense of icy patterns across the land, with the warmth of the sun bringing the scene to life. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #WinterArt #LandscapeArt #ArtistCards

Falling in Love is as close as I get to a Valentine’s card! Two beautiful gannets with their soft markings are captured in their characteristic mating ritual, balancing together on a cliff edge. A little moment of nature’s romance. Greetings card available. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Valentine #Gannets #ArtistCards

Enchanted Forest is a mixed-media piece combining painting and collage. I love creating my own collage papers, letting the colours run freely before cutting shapes to discover unexpected patterns. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #MixedMedia #CollageArt #ForestArt

Dawn’s Early Light uses different techniques to create unique patterns that suggest bluebells on a forest floor. I especially love the way the sunshine peeks through the trees, illuminating the flowers below. Available as a greetings card. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #Bluebells #WoodlandArt #ArtistCards

Country Reflections brings together many of the elements I love in a landscape - fields, trees, water and a little white cottage. I enjoyed playing with patterns and textures to create the patchwork hills and the reflections in the lake, while the layered landscape gives a sense of depth and discovery. rebecca-vincent.co.uk/produc… #LandscapeArt #Countryside #ArtistCards
