My favorite part of this election has been seeing other people respond to Adam’s campaign style (or rather his preaching). It’s a powerful communication style that’s so invitational yet pointed, and allows for deep self-reflection. He easily appeals to our greater sensibilities.

Remembering today my 2012 trip to the Holy Land with (now Senator-Elect!) Adam Hamilton of Kansas. Prayers for him as he heads into this whole new chapter. And for anyone who is skeptical of him, I’ll simply say, he has a unique way of bringing people together. I’ve seen it, personally. And I believe he’s going to do some wonderful things for our country.
Adam is the real deal. Worked with him 15 years ago on a few projects and have used his books to help students understand conflicting viewpoints during an incredibly divisive season in church and religious work.
If anybody can achieve this challenging and lofty goal, it’s him.
Senator-elect Adam Hamilton (D-KS) says he is not focused on potential investigations or impeachments when he gets to Washington: “I want to spend the next two years doing everything we can to help the people in Kansas and the people in our country.”
Senator-elect Hamilton shares what his priorities will be in the House and how he plans to work to “restore a sense of decency and bipartisanship in Washington.”

But I do maintain that it’s the best ending in video games, and I have thought about it literally every day since late 2016.
There’s beauty in the subversion of the traditional JRPG theme and it’s one I personally love. The way to end an unending cycle of warring deities driven by conflicting attributes is to step into the crosshairs and satisfy them all. It’s a theology of sacrificial, substitutionary atonement, and Noctis fulfills it beautifully.
Such a move appears like mindless obedience, but to the one choosing, it seems noble and worthy.
Anyway, I wrote a whole dissertation on this, and I hope everyone looks forward to my FFXV Anniversary lecture series. Walk tall, my friends lol.

Some of y’all would probably enjoy video games more if you stopped thinking about the business side of things. It’s okay to enjoy games and not think about profit margins or which department is working on which game.
