We don’t always get to play in straight lines, but we want to make the line as straight as possible. Love this demonstration from @BurkeNick31. Nick does an unbelievable job leading workouts all across the Midwest.

I'M MOVING! Over the past nine years, Minnesota has become home for me, my family, and Catalyst Training. We’ve worked with thousands of players, partnered with so many great programs, and built relationships that mean a lot more than just basketball. With that said… we’re expanding to Florida. My family and I will be moving to the Cocoa Beach area, and we’re excited for the next chapter and the new opportunities it brings. But let me make this very clear: nothing changes in Minnesota. I will continue to operate in Minnesota just like I always have. I’ll be flying back regularly to run workouts, work with teams, and continue investing in the players and programs that have trusted us for years. Minnesota is still a huge part of what we do, and it will stay that way. When I’m on the road, our staff will keep everything rolling — the same way they do every summer and every busy travel season. They’re incredible at what they do, and I have complete trust in them. This move to Florida doesn’t replace anything we’ve built in Minnesota… it simply adds to it. We’re growing, not shifting. If you’re in Florida and want to connect, reach out. Minnesota - I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be back often. The work continues.

Huge congrats to @MJwherley on his new gig with the Milwaukee Bucks. Mick is one of the best skill development coaches in the country - no question. Over the last 3 years on staff he has become an incredible teacher, a trustworthy colleague and a great friend to both myself and my family. Thankful for his commitment to Catalyst and to me. Love you, brother.

My mom died 9 years ago today. @CoachBradBigler called me and encouraged me to “Be about the things that she was about - that’s how you carry on her legacy.” She did hard things. So today, I did something hard. She would’ve been 62, so I did 62 miles on the bike. Thankful for the lessons she taught me. I miss her. If you have lost someone the anniversary of their death can be a difficult day. For nine years, I have chosen to do something on this day to honor my mom. I would encourage you to do the same.

Just finished our 11th event in a month! Great 2 days in Walhalla, ND working with the North Border program! Looking to make a run back to the state tournament! Thanks to @JasonTryan83 for making this possible!
