For better or worse, Chuo-dori in Akihabara has become an otaku zoo. That also extends to Radio Kaikan on the weekend.

The Marumoko magnet has been placed in an honorable location.

I decided to get a lens for it anyway. After looking over the camera body, it will definitely need light seals. The abnormally low price tells me the CdS sensor is dead. For this model, it can work without it.

For ¥1500, I don't care if this works or not.

Another old camera find from this trip. However, it's not usable as-is. The LCD display looks damaged. This might be repairable, it might end up being parts for the others.

I got a CPU from a gashapon at @akibajunks for the novelty. Would I use this in a real computer build? No. I got this so I could say I got a CPU from a gashapon machine.

Watching the Radio Center labyrinth gradually go from niche electronics shops to plain otaku tourist traps is a bummer.

I get that some of those people want to retire after 750 years but still.

There were a few other things I was going to get while here, but they were contingent on "not blowing out my luggage capacity". As it turns out, 220 CDs takes up a lot of room and weight.

I think I'll have to accept that one of my suitcases is going to be overweight when going home.
