Transitioning from university to industry has brought me closer to helping alleviate human disease in a way that can really scale. That's why I wake up excited about going to work at @intomics.
#WhereAreTheyNow?
"I wanted to do something that could really scale ... beyond helping one patient at a time."

What will we do with a Billion Cells? We’re about to find out 👇
A 🧵 on the Billion Cells Project
chanzuckerberg.com/newsroom/…
Big data often promises big insights, but it's the thoughtful applications that counts.
1. Human Genome Project taught us that big science pays off. But data without interpretation isn’t enough: Sequencing the genome was just step one.
2. Human Cell Atlas the showed that the challenge wasn’t just generating data—it was standardizing it so researchers could access and use it effectively.
💡 Billion Cells Project is clearly another moonshot moment for biology. But just like Human Genome Project, its success won’t be in the data itself—it’ll be in how we use it.

The Human Cell Atlas: towards a first draft atlas 👇
8 years in the working
62 million cells across 9,100 donors
3,600 scientists across 102 countries
… and now the first draft atlases are being assembled!
The most exciting part of the project can now begin.
Building foundation models of biology unifying all the data. That will transform all aspects of biology and medicine.

LEGO’s 11 Paradoxes of Leadership.
I was recently visiting LEGO House with my 3-year-old-son. It's a treasure for learning for kids - and adults too.
I came across these 11 leadership principles of LEGO.
7. To express your opinion – and to be diplomatic.
8. To be visionary – and to keep both feet firmly on the ground.
9. To aim at consensus – and to be able to cut through.
10. To be dynamic – but also thoughtful.
11. To be self-confident – and humble.
Whether you're into leadership or LEGO, I highly recommend stopping by LEGO House: legohouse.com/
