I shot this video in Lukeville, AZ on 12/21/2023, the day DHS says this African alleged rapist crossed into the area illegally. It’s possible he’s in this video somewhere. It was an absolute free for all back then as masses of African men crossed into AZ with no resistance.

🚨 “NO U.S. CITIZENS NEED APPLY.”
Yes, you read that correctly.
A DOJ administrative law judge just ruled in a case involving Boston Consulting Group that a discriminatory job advertisement like this is NOT, by itself, a violation of the federal law protecting Americans from citizenship-status discrimination.
Think about how crazy that is.
If a company posts:
“H-1B WORKERS ONLY”
many Americans will simply never apply.
And according to this ruling, the ad itself may not be enough.
An American worker may have to APPLY, get rejected, and then prove they were rejected because of their citizenship.
The sign tells Americans not to apply.
Then the law may require them to apply anyway to prove discrimination.
DOJ itself has previously gone after employers for discriminatory job advertisements, including ads favoring H-1B and other visa workers.
Now there is a limited window for the Justice Department to act.
The author of a new analysis is calling on Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche to step in and vacate or modify the ruling.
He should.
In 2026, there should NEVER be a legal loophole allowing an American company to advertise:
“NO U.S. CITIZENS NEED APPLY.”
@DAGToddBlanche, will DOJ fix this?

NEW: ICE has arrested three Guatemalan illegal aliens with final deportation orders in Knoxville, TN as part of an investigation into fraudulent use of stolen identities and social security numbers. Feds say one victim, a New York woman, repeatedly had wages falsely attributed to her SSN which required to her to contact officials over and over to get the wages removed from her record.
ICE statement:
“These crimes have real victims,” said ICE New Orleans acting Field Office Director Scott Ladwig. “Fraudulent documents and stolen identities can cause lasting harm to victims, workers and businesses. I commend our officers and partners for their work to hold offenders accountable and protect our communities.”
