Hey @ChartsbyDem, the strike system is designed to give traders a chance to recover rather than lose their accounts immediately. You can choose between 3 strikes at 2% or 2 strikes at 3%. When a strike is triggered, your account moves from Partner to Intern, where the 3% daily drawdown and 10% overall drawdown rules apply. Recover your losses back to breakeven to return to Partner status. The Partner Program offers great flexibility, with no daily drawdown limit and the freedom to request payouts any day, at any time. Building a 5% profit buffer gives you extra room to absorb losses and manage your trades without being too close to the strike threshold. You also get an 80–90% profit split.

Some folks have been asking me about other companies programs and that kind of thing. Honestly, I have published my thoughts whilst doing my research on many different things here on X. What we have built is based on that, on my (and a few others) actual experiences when trading props etc. I am glad when other companies are innovating - in the end the marketplace should never just be a bunch of companies with the exact same product, options and choices to fit an individuals requirements is very healthy. Prop trading was never meant to be an outlet store with 5 of the same shirt just in a different color. It was supposed to be a department store where you can go for the things you need and find other things you might like on the way. My opinion - and its mine - is that prop lost its way during the race to the bottom of 2023-24 in CFDS, and futures has lost its way albeit the labs are showing attempts to innovate. In the end its best if there are many different options for many different types of traders and the traders go where it fits them best. If payout security is your priority go to company A, if trading conditions are your priority go to B, if cheapest price is your priority go to C. You don't go to a mall and expect to see the same shop over and over just with a different name on it.
