Individuals with the right combination of curiosity and humility would eventually notice how the modern world is intentionally structured in a way that pulls everyone susceptible as far away as possible from their own intuition. Every child is born with an innate closeness to their own intuition. There's this voice that directs them through every obstacle they're met with. No doubts, no friction.. Just flow. But as we grow, we have been indoctrinated to silence that part of ourselves and instead place our faith in some external sources - some "expert", some data, or metrics. That's how the "health" industry and many postmodernist markets exist. They feed on the naive, lost, and desperate nature of many modern humans who lack an internal compass to move through life. We used to intuitively eat according to the ever changing seasons.. use specific positioning of stars at specific times to aid voyages.. change our dietary and lifestyle choices based on the fundamental nature of solar mechanics.. Now? "what's the macro of this meal?" "need to use this app to confirm for me!" "what's the source? peer reviewed??" "did FDA approve this?" A society becomes weak when the very people who populate it forget how to integrate a very natural part of their design - intuition. The further away the common man is from his intuition, the more reliant he is on the system, thus the less freedom he truly has over his own life autonomy. If you respect the phenomenal nature of reality and our creator's magnificent design, then you would respect the sovereignty that comes from being close to your intuition. With every waking breath, inch closer to your intuition against the external forces that attempt to pull you away from it.. for that's one of the most impactful way to show your gratitude for having consciousness and the ability to experience this fantastically chaotic yet beautiful nature of our reality. To be intuitive is to be sovereign.. to be intuitive is to move in alignment with God's designs.
The best in the world operate off pure intuition. You can only read so much. You can only think so much. Ask anyone who is the best of the best in their field how they do it and they can't give an answer. They are not being humble or secretive. They themselves do not know. Magnus always talks about how he is a poor chess player by theory standards, but he just has one-in-a-billion intuition for middle and endgames. The best traders in the world are not the smartest, they don't have the best models. They somehow just know where to allocate capital. Same for best researchers, best designers, best athletes, etc. Of course, this does not mean that they do not work hard. Really, most of this intuition *comes from* the hours in the dark where they themselves were in the dark; learning to traverse the idea-tree independently. To gain the intuition, you need both hours and blessings. this post has so much wisdom in it i thought naval wrote it and i don't think the author even realizes why if you understand this properly, you can explain almost all political issues we see in the world today you can't take care of your loved ones if you can't even take care of yourself. you can't build a functioning country if your loved ones aren't taken care of. and you certainly can't save the world if your own country is falling apart. responsibility has to expand outwards. the problem with so much left-wing thinking is that it's backwards. it starts with the most noble sounding objective imaginable, "saving the world" or "climate change" or "poor migrants", and thinks about the most nice-sounding solution, without considering if the conditions required to achieve it even exist, and that's why so many apparently well-intentioned policies end up doing the exact opposite of what they were supposed to achieve. they sound compassionate, but completely ignore incentives, tradeoffs, or second-order consequences clean your own damn bedroom and put your house in order before trying to change the world you will never be able to fix the world if you can't even get the order of your own responsibilities right

Let the marxists inherit the Earth while babysitting their savages and bottom percentiles (as they so wish to do). Let us have the stars.
They will not know the joys of your utopian high IQ paradise. They will not procreate and preserve their race for the future. They will put a corgi into a baby stroller when they are cold and need the warmth of a creature for their little souls. They will inject botox into their rotund cheeks to numb the pain of existence. They will shove shio pan buns down their throats from a 24 hour bakery on a high trust street as they check their stock portfolios through thick myopic glasses. They will will eat ramyun with loud, boisterous slurps as their only friend becomes a humanoid robot.

Yesterday was my last day at Anthropic. I created Claude Code on desktop because I believe everyone can be a builder. Every feature request and bug report we got from this community was a gift that impacted millions of lives. I’m eternally grateful for those gifts, the product wouldn’t be what it is without you. Anthropic is doing some of the most important work of our time. Contributing to that mission will forever be a career highlight for me. I never imagined I’d get to contribute to something so special in my lifetime. Walking away from my best friends, a product I poured my heart into, and the mission was the hardest thing I’ve done in my career. But now I have some free time for GTA VI. I'm already itching to get back to addressing all your feedback. I'll share what's next soon!

Everyone w a 3-digit IQ will get it in 3-5 yrs and it won't be pretty
If you're not maximally sensitive, alive and have ultra high sensory clarity, you might be something like a 2024-level AI model running with thinking off on low - while if you max those out, you're taking up way more compute in the Reality™️ we're in, as wanted/intended. There's apparently no upper limit, so the maxxed out ones could be one of those secret frontier hidden sota models etc. And just like you would while running a multi agent setup, the Architect of this Reality wants to run the best ones & let them upgrade and get The Job done (if you ask Musk, even surprise/entertain him..) etc.

Realize it is not work, but play. If it feels like work, it's an obstacle. If it feels like play, there lies your mission.
I meet very few people who have strategized their way into an incredible life. I meet many people who have stumbled into one insofar as there is a conscious “strategy” that works, it seems to be: “do a lot of what energizes you”

Ego calcifies with age, but neuroplasticity is malleable regardless of age with the right protocols. Psilocybin and a proper focus on circadian health helps immensely.
Do you agree with Carl Jung’s idea that if a man hasn’t confronted his shadow by the age of 35, he may never truly grow?

Back in 2014, Elon Musk founded a school Ad Astra right inside SpaceX HQ to teach kids how to think and solve problems from first principles In rare footage, Elon explains: “Let’s look at the physics and economics of a rocket…” Instead of accepting that something is impossible because others have failed at it, break the problem down to fundamental truths......what the physics and materials actually allow....then reason up from there to see what’s possible The same mindset made SpaceX make reusable rockets a reality, being passed on to the next generation

Agreed on Ai front but "cinema is dead"? That's like Gen X complaining about how "there's no good music anymore" etc. It's more like they haven't adapted to the newer enviroment of said media/art and just whining due to lack of discernment to filter out the low quality stuff
You're either going all in on AI, tokenmaxxing, automating everything you once did manually, moving from playing the instrument to conducting the entire orchestra... Or you're going in the complete opposite direction. Learning ceramics, restoring old wooden furniture, bringing theater back (cinema is dead), organizing communal gatherings where nobody touches a phone, rediscovering what it means to be human in a world increasingly run by machines. I genuinely believe there's no middle ground anymore. The people caught somewhere in between, neither embracing the machines nor radically reclaiming the human experience, are the ones who will get wiped out. The middle is where AI will eat everything.

Fasting Buddha.
The post AGI / robotics abundance era will solve close to everything below enlightenment in the Maslow's hierarchy. The path will seem more narrowed as everyone will have any materialistic thing they've ever wanted. Your mission as an individual is to reach enlightenment. But you must eat the rice cake here and there still, else, the chasing of enlightenment itself becomes an unquenchable desire.. (study fasting buddha.)

needs have a natural point of satisfaction. wants have a moving target. once a need is met, it disappears. once a want is met, it often creates another want. that's why abundance solves scarcity but rarely solves desire.
