YouTube should give users control to decide what they see, not some algorithm.
It's to the point I'm using bookmarks because Google refuses to show my subbed channels or videos of my interests.

I don't mind paying $10 or $15 for a book because I know the author likely spent five years staring at a screen in panic yelling "I'm a FRAUD, I have no idea what I'm doing!" and they are now entitled to compensation.

I look at writing sometimes like using a car:
Yeah, I gotta look under the hood, do maintenance, check the fluids, etc. Take care of the machine. Sure.
But too much of that misses the point - You do all that so you can drive.
On days like that, I go the distance.

Had a funny thought: With so many pearl clutchers, maybe we need to do action movies with puppets. When a puppet blows up, or gushes stuffing, no one cares.
But the more I think about it, the more I kind of want to watch a movie like that - Over the top 80's violence and all.

I've finished many eBooks, be it PDF, epub, Kindle, etc. But nothing compares to the treat of a physical copy!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Roasted pumpkin is delicious! But carving pumpkins and pumpkin spice are definitely traditional ways to celebrate as well.
