2) Extending this out -- what if the whole world wanted to use Solana? Then we'd be talking about ~70b tx/day --> ~700k TPS. Right now Solana could scale to ~50k TPS, so as it is today it couldn't handle the whole world. But the roadmap has it getting there in a few years.

2/11 Ok I actually have 2 lessons. Let's start with the first. When you're shipping tech you basically have 2 options: 1. Spend an eternity shipping an update and never fail 2. Move fast, and yes, unfortunately, sometimes break thinigs

Multicoin tweeted in 2017 and then deleted everything in 2018 I think. Alameda never tweeted. Funny how quickly this shit spreads

The second way is to prioritize smaller wallets. People who had a couple thousand or more of UST deposited in Anchor. If Terra just focussed on the "poorest" 99.6% of wallets, then they could make this gigantic group 100% whole. Yes, you read that right! 4/

For the next 3 days, the DeDAO will be refunding all gas fees associated with bridging ETH to SOL for anyone that buys a DeGod. We want to welcome people from all chains to try our ecosystem. We are putting our money where our mouth is. (1/3)
