QHS Alumni, Melinda Scott Rivers- Mrs. Rivers is another example of someone who has supported QSD for many years. She graduated from QHS in 1984, chose to send her children to QSD, and she chooses to work here. Thank you Mrs. Rivers for your support and dedication for QSD.
Today we celebrate QHS Principal, Latasha Shaw. Mrs. Shaw is leading Quitman High School down a path that will prove to be successful. As she always says..."leave better everyday because that's the panther way"! Thank you Mrs. Shaw, for leaving QHS better everyday.
Today we feature Grace Skidmore Holloman as our QSD Alumni! Grace is a 2019 graduate. The amazing part is that she is already a certified teacher. Grace proves that with hardwork and dedication you can achieve your goals quickly! Thanks for being a part of QSD Mrs. Holloman!
QUE has been celebrating their great success recently and there were a few students who deserve special recognition for scoring PERFECT SCORES on their MAAP test last spring. We are so proud of these students as well as the many other students who scored proficient or advanced.
