Dang! My plans were foiled again ,was in bed all cozy in my nest kitty on my lap was texting with my daughter and told her I planned to stay in bed watch bugs bunny and scroll around on my phone ,that all changed in a heart beat my cat coughed twice and spit up a hair ball mayhem insured ,coffee spilled all over the sheets and me ,the cat escaped because as soon as she spewed she ran and watched the mayhem at a distance ,so now I am up changing the sheets (that I changed yesterday )doing laundry that I did not plan on and ordered groceries that I could barely afford so am a bit cranky this morning, How was y'alls morning?

Finally! Its going to dip down to a chilly 72 degrees down here tonight & only going to be in the 90's tomorrow glad for a little break

Wowsers I had to order a few things from the grocery store this morning I finished getting the things that I needed right now about 12 things came to $136. Now two weeks ago the same order was $70.,for the same things so I had to put somethings back ,I haven't had to do that in years .

So, I went to rehab today and I am sore all over, did a bunch of resistance exercises, lifted assorted body parts off the mat, I loved the bike it had a fan and a tiny tv, but when it was time for the inclined treadmill, I got 2 minutes in and faked an asthma attack because screw that 😁 Have to do this 3 times a week till surgery and 4 times a week after the knee replacement (shorter sessions).Trying to get it done before Spanky destroys the insurance system.
