The way things are moving, I'm starting to believe this won't just be an OKX season. We might actually be witnessing the beginning of an OKX era. ICE, the parent company of the NYSE, invested in OKX earlier this year. Then came OKXICE, with plans to bring tokenized US equities into 24/7 markets. Some of the biggest companies, including Google, Microsoft and Apple, objected to the proposal. And ironically, Google is getting absolutely nuked today, down double digits after earnings. Obviously not because of OKX, but the timing is fucking hilarious. Now look at what happened today. ICE is partnering with Trade[XYZ] to bring Hyperliquid based perpetual markets into the regulated US financial system. Over $650 BILLION in trading volume already processed by Trade[XYZ] on Hyperliquid. And legendary investor Stanley Druckenmiller is reportedly backing the initiative. ICE itself says these products are expected to be distributed through its OKX joint venture, subject to regulatory approval. Connect the dots. ICE brings traditional financial infrastructure and regulatory expertise. Trade[XYZ] brings the products. Hyperliquid brings the technology. OKX brings access to a massive global retail audience. This is much bigger than another exchange fighting for crypto trading volume. We're talking about a potential future where stocks, commodities, indices, FX and crypto can all be traded around the clock. Of course, regulatory approvals and actual execution still matter. Nothing is guaranteed. But I've been in this industry long enough to recognize when a company is positioning itself for something much bigger than the current market cycle. Other exchanges are fighting for market share. OKX is positioning itself for a much bigger market. Seasons come and go. Eras are built.
