"SCOTUS just handed down two major 2A wins. Which ruling do you think will deliver the BIGGER payoff in lower courts when challenging existing gun control laws?"Options: A) Wolford v. Lopez (struck down Hawaii’s “ask permission” rule for carrying in stores/restaurants and similar private property open to the public) — This will gut similar laws in CA, NY, NJ, MD and weaken broad “sensitive places” restrictions nationwide. B) U.S. v. Hemani (unanimous ruling limiting the federal ban on gun possession by regular marijuana users — can’t automatically disarm people without proof of dangerousness) — Strong precedent to attack other categorical disqualifiers (felons, etc.) in lower courts. C) Both equally powerful — Wolford for state carry rules, Hemani for federal disqualifiers. D) Neither — We need even bigger rulings on things like felon bans or nationwide reciprocity.

There's more to say about this but this was my initial reaction. Let's not forget how many federal laws would have been violated had you ordered those parts through the mail. Do better jake!

Safety. Community. Guardrails. Those words came up a lot. But what do these restrictions actually do to stop someone intent on breaking the law? A compilation from the full debate, followed by the response. Vote NO on 9. Civil Rights Coalition From the CBS Boston debate. #NoOn9 #Massachusetts

WOW! This is great news! New Poll Shows Big Gains for Minogue in Mass Governor’s Race Massachusetts, September 10, 2026 - According to a new statewide poll conducted by nationally recognized research firm McLaughlin & Associates, combat veteran and business leader Mike Minogue has considerably closed the gap with incumbent Democratic Governor Maura Healey, cutting Healey’s summer lead by more than half with 55 days to go. Furthermore, the poll - whose methodological sample largely mirrors previous public polls - reveals that: Minogue and Healey are in a dead heat among the 7-in-10 Commonwealth voters who know enough about both candidates to form an opinion Independent voters view Healey job performance extremely negatively and overwhelmingly oppose her re-election as Governor Healey’s attempt to shift accountability and blame for Massachusetts problems to President Trump are falling flat with voters - even a significant number of Democrats Full story here: massachusettsfirst.org/poll/

Very good news!
MAJOR BREAKING 2A WIN. Federal Court Rules Americans have 2A right to make their own firearms. US District Court, DE, wrote: "Delaware must show the Possession Ban and Manufacturing and Assembly Ban are “consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.” At this step Delaware points to three categories of laws: (1) laws restricting clubs, bludgeons, fighting knives, and slungshots; (2) laws restricting trap, punt, pivot, and swivel guns; and (3) laws about gunpowder storage. The first problem for Delaware is that the Third Circuit recently rejected relying on each of these regulations at Bruen’s second step. ANJRPC 2026, 183 F.4th at 243-45.... The evidence compiled in this case points to the same result." Rigby v. Jennings, US District Court, District of DE, 9/10/26
