Your life will begin to change for the better when you realise that you do not have to be like everyone else, follow every trend, or do what everyone else is doing to become successful or fulfilled. You don't have to adopt someone else's lifestyle to prove that you are living a meaningful life. Take time to define your own values, understand what matters to you, and build a life that reflects them. You need to define your own path before the crowd defines it for you.

It is sad to see people flaunting lifestyles they have not attained or searching for quotes to justify their one sided mindset, all in a bid to seek validation. Many of the things we do as young people are not necessarily things we desire. They are things we feel pressured to do just to fit in. Very few of us have taken the time to define our values, establish what we stand for, and decide the kind of lives we genuinely want to live. That is why we are quick to jump on almost every popular trend on social media.

One of the greatest life skills you can develop is the ability to be alone without feeling incomplete or constantly needing someone's presence to feel whole. We live in a generation where the silence that comes with solitude unsettles many young people. But the truth is, genuine growth sometimes requires seasons of isolation. Seasons where you withdraw from the noise, gain mastery, develop yourself and discover who you truly are. There was the Cave of Adullam for David and the Backside of the mountain for Moses.

There is a deep relationship between your health and your psyche. Theres A Verses that Says, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” Medicine goes beyond capsules and tablets. Joy, Peace of mind and Emotional well being matter too.

I once read a story about a patient who went to the hospital feeling unwell, yet his medical tests showed no obvious problem. Further investigation revealed that he had been battling emotional challenges for a long time. Despite eating well, his physical condition was deteriorating. Stories like that makes us realize how deeply our emotional experiences can affect our physical well being.

If you truly value your life, understand that any Job, Relationship or Investment that constantly costs you your peace of mind is Too Expensive For You. Be intentional about "Who" and "What" you allow into the inner chambers of your life, Because they can have a ripple effect on your overall well being. Never sacrifice your well being trying to preserve something that is slowly taking it away from you.

When we were much younger, some of us watched a show called 1000 Ways to Die, and it taught us a hard lesson about the fragility of life. When it comes to death, only the mercy of God can ultimately preserve us. We can be careful, healthy, cautious, and take every possible precaution, yet there are still too many variables beyond our control. One day, morning will come, the world will go about its business, and we may no longer be here to witness it. Or the world itself may come to an end.

The frailty of life and how, in a split second, everything could come to an end. It might sound harsh, but make room for the reality of death in your plans. Not out of fear, but out of an awareness that life is fragile and none of us is guaranteed tomorrow. Someday, we will no longer be here.

Now unto the Creator of the universe, the all knowing, all powerful, and merciful God, we commit this new week. As we acknowledge You in all our ways, guide our paths, preserve us from evil and mishaps, and order our steps into Your perfect will. May the lines fall unto us in pleasant places, and may all things work together for our good. May we be a blessing to everyone we encounter, and may we never lack good reasons to rejoice and give thanks.

Sometimes, people dislike you, not necessarily because you've hurt them, but because they see possibilities in your life that they desire but are unwilling to pay the price for. Your carriage, the standards you uphold, and your inability to be manipulated can unsettle them whenever you're around. Not every dislike is a result of something you've done wrong. Sometimes, it reflects what your presence brings to the surface in others.

I had a conversation with someone earlier, and I said something that I believe in. I'm still young, and I definitely don't have life all figured out. But one thing I've come to understand is that there are two things you shouldn't spend your youth chasing 1. Money. 2. Women or men. There's a reason behind this, and it's something worth thinking about.

Sadly, we live in a generation where pride has made it difficult for people to receive from others. Everyone wants to be seen as equal, forgetting that there is wisdom in humility and that we can learn something from people who are ahead of us in certain areas of life. Equality in worth does not mean equality in experience, knowledge, or wisdom. Sometimes, growth begins when we humble ourselves enough to learn from others.

Happy New Week! This week, we will receive congratulations messages, calls and emails. We will experience divine favour, open doors, answered prayers and testimonies. We will make progress, receive help and walk in God's wisdom. This week, good news will locate us, in Jesus' name. Amen.

One of the most powerful forces that shape our daily lives, yet we rarely talk about it, is influence. No matter how mature you become, you will never outgrow the influence of other people. You can never become so wise that the people around you no longer affect your thoughts, decisions, and way of life. What you can do is choose who and what influences you. This includes the friends you keep, the music you listen to, the things you watch, and what you allow through your eye and ear gates. At every point in your life, someone is influencing you, and someone else is being influenced by you.

One of the easiest ways to succeed or fail in life and destiny is through relationships. Contrary to society's belief that money is everything, there are certain doors money alone cannot open and certain things money cannot buy. The right relationships can give you access to opportunities, resources, and even things money cannot buy. Never underestimate the power of the people you allow into your life. Choose your relationships wisely.
