Picking the right high school coach and program is still the most significant part of a player’s developmental journey.
That’s why parents, not high school state associations, should be the ones deciding where their kids play.

The final tier showcases a group of exceptional coaches who have achieved success across various schools and classifications, continuing to inspire and elevate Tennessee girls' basketball 🤘🏼. Several of these coaches are still shaking things up leading some of the top programs in the state.
Our selection criteria? Coaches must have at least three state tournament appearances, and if they coached both public and private schools, their public school team appearances needed to exceed those at private institutions. We strive to recognize as many deserving coaches as possible, so please reach out if we've overlooked someone. The graphics will be added to the BCAT site as well. 🏀 #TNBasketball
