Ty Masterson Controversy/Bankrupt
The Wichita State University ("No-Show Job") Allegations
The Claim: Critics and political opponents have accused Masterson of holding a "no-show job" as the director of GoCreate—a Koch-funded maker space program at Wichita State University
The Details: Reports note that Masterson collected over $1.1 million from the WSU Foundation over a decade, including a salary of roughly $161,000 to $163,000 annually (nearly double his state Senate salary).
The Controversy: Investigations and media reports noted that students and staff at the facility frequently reported never seeing him on-site or recognizing his face.
Ethics Complaint: In July 2026, a formal complaint was filed with the Kansas Public Disclosure Commission by former state Senator Mark Steffen, asking to investigate whether Masterson campaigned for governor during work hours at WSU in violation of state campaign finance laws.

As of today, approved 99k votes have been cast by Republicans in Kansas. That’s roughly 11% of all registered Republicans in Kansas.
Another decent increase but we still need more. Please keep pushing that vote out. Can we reach 5 or more percent each day before election day and then swamp the polls on ED? I think we can. All you have to do is keep voting.
