Additional tip when buying properties here in Metro Manila: Don't only check the accessibility to public transportation and malls/market, if may enough water supply ba, maayos ba facilities, maganda ba ang signal, di ba bahain, safe ba sa neighborhood, check nyo rin kung malapit din yung area sa faultline. I remember in 2005/06, bagsak presyo ang mga condo sa Eastwood dahil nalaman ng public na malapit ito sa faultline.
Dami na ring murang properties ngayon within that area. Kaya be careful unless ready ka nang mamatay na di mahahanap ang katawan mo.
I finished quests I left on first playthrough and the more i dig, the more plotholes I find. Maybe another sequence will be made🤔
Art teachers in shs told me that realism is the holy grail in art. Ngl I got influenced by their opinions so I had an era of semi realism. It's great for learning fundamentals but realism feels like it needs to be too perfect. Good thing I like imperfections in my anime art lol
