Many of you might have run into an annoying issue recently: our Android app (even the latest version) won't open — it just shows a white screen and closes immediately.
It breaks our hearts to share this, but it's caused by security update in Android OS. Recent changes in Android/Google policies prevent us from supporting the app.
We are very sorry to share this sad news, but as of October 29, 2026, our Android app is no longer officially supported. We are truly heartbroken that things turned out this way. 🥲

Trick or treats (begging) already started here in the Philippines.
Btw we only inherit this kind of culture because of the west. Idk if they really know the reason for this culture. #Philhealth have this yearly tradition in their main office as employees bring their children and offices per floor are decorated with Halloween theme.
The trick or treat is the main thing here if you're a #Filipino kid today. Decades ago we don't celebrate his and beg for money or treats. Why? Because its a license to ask/beg money even you dont know the historical context of the event.
Oth, this almost coincide with the long tradition during Christmas where also kids ask/beg money/treats to their relatives/godparents and also strangers specially stores and shops. We say "ma-mamasko po".
Now its just applied this Halloween season kuno. How odd you'll see plastic pumpkins and odd costumes today. Its just the 29, looks like they will make this long term event until Nov. 1.

As a Christian, alam ko naman kung sino yung magpupuno ng kawalan pero minsan hindi ko alam the thing would go in cycle like the Israelite in the wilderness, ang tanong na lang is when this would end.
minsan nga naisip ko na lang ano to? parang Book of Job na first 3 chapters pero IN REPEAT, yung lang paulit ulit, kailan pupunta sa mga next chapters lalo na yung celebrated na last chapter na bukangbibig ng mga prosperity gospel churches.

If Filipino drivers won't respect pedxing on small roads. Ano pa kaya yung nasa highway? Licensed Filipino drivers will never yield to pedxing, they are galaxy away from the Japanese.

Someone already halfway na patawid, a tricycle was approaching slows down to give way but a car behind less than 50m was approaching FAST and hold horn. What happened?
The person crossing remain in the middle. The tricycle forced to go to the shoulder almost getting into an accident. The the bs car comes thoroughly FAST.

Why the tricycle almost got into accident? The center 2 lane is higher which asphalted than the shoulders which still a cement.

Imagine an everyday person. Finished his studies from nursery to college. Secure a job to make a living. Puting food into the table. Got married, have child...and out of nowhere
Getting interested to theology, philosophy, and law which topics that never came to mind during those formative years.
Some get interested to those fields earlier in their life and make a life from it, their passion and career. Their entire being.
How I wish I've been there. Though this also reminds me today that hoping others also get interested in that kind of field too even latter in their. Rather than drowning themselves from doomscrolling.
Yet doomscrolling is their solution to get awat from being an everyday day person that finished their studies. Secure a job to put food on the table. Get married and start a family.
Its a sad reality.
