According to Greek Mythology, Chiron was a half horse, half human doctor. This made him the Centaur for Disease Control.

we should spend as much time thinking and telling students what they do well as we take for telling them what to improve upon! positive reinforcement is more encouraging and engaging then constantly being told areas that your not good at and makes you want to improve!

my biggest peice of advice to new residents is to find a comfortable and safe pooping and crying bathroom (to do one or the other or somethings both!) in the hospital early on. It is key to maintaining your mental health.

Forced vaginal entry is rape. Sounds a lot like Missouri is requiring women to be sexually assaulted.
Today I was forced by the state of Missouri to perform an unnecessary pelvic exam on a patient terminating her pregnancy for a fetal anomaly. She is heartbroken over her situation and I was forced to do an invasive, uncomfortable exam. It broke me as a physician to do this to her
