Higher FSI is not just a policy change but a vision for the Chennai of tomorrow. But transforming the city cannot happen overnight. FSI has to move hand-in-hand with CMWSSB capacity, infrastructure, mobility, environmental considerations and other critical urban systems. At CMDA, we have taken the first step. This is not about announcing change for the sake of it. It is about planning the change, strengthening the ecosystem and delivering it sustainably. In the years ahead, we will systematically address every bottleneck and unlock the potential for a denser, better planned and future-ready Chennai. We are not just changing FSI. We are laying the foundation for the Chennai of the future. @CMDA_Official #Chennai #Infrastructure #FSI

When leadership is equipped to listen, understand and act on the people’s needs, good governance follows. TVK is here not just to govern, but to create a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Listen. Understand. Act. Transform.
