Had fun playing around with shaders, trees, and photorealism with Opus 5.5.
Everything runs in the browser!
Initially, I wanted to bring everything into Unreal Engine to make it as photorealistic as possible (Nanite, DLSS, etc), but for some reason, it ended up being easier to prompt Claude to do everything in the browser
Also, if the game ever gets released, it’ll be easier to add multiplayer
Wanted to push Opus 5.5 to its limits, so I made an Earth simulator that lets you fly around the world at Mach 20
Way more fun than I expected!
I kinda wanted to recreate that feeling of freedom you get standing on top of a mountain, with everything stretching out in front of you, wondering what it’d feel like to just take off and fly like a (supersonic) bird

AI is here to stay.. whether we like it or not
So it’s more about figuring out how to use it while keeping the artist in control, making iteration faster and giving them more room to be creative
It is so sad to see a huge creator like @RyanTrahan go from thumbnails that look like this to these AI slop thumbnails...
