Hey @Delta. Do you have any plans to upgrade the interiors of your fleet, especially transatlantic? These planes haven’t changed at all over the last 10+ years while some of the domestic flights did get upgraded. Would be nice to see the entire fleet look like a modern day airline.
My 9-year-old son has celiac. @AnitaGelato has always accommodated him before — untouched gelato from the back, or a clean spoon from the side of the tray. At the Upper East Side location today, the manager flat-out refused, and was rude about it. A small ask. A kid just wants ice cream.

Flying @airfrance is like stepping back into the late 90s. The food tasted like the worst sort of TV dinners, seats are uncomfortable, even in Premium class, and the service is non existent.
I would advise against ever using @bookingcom for any travel related activity. I booked a car, was refused the vehicle when I got to the airport, then needed to pay another service for the rental. When I told @bookingcom, they said “sorry, we cannot provide you a refund.” Company is garbage.
Had the worst shopping experience with @Bloomingdales - I ordered a gift for my wife’s 40th birthday. Not only did it not arrive wrapped as requested, they sent the wrong product. Instead of replacing with the correct product, I got 3 gift cards and no help from their team.
This wasn’t an inexpensive gift, total disappointment at the lack of customer service from what I thought was a top retail brand. @Bloomingdales you need to invest in your customer service experience if you want to keep your customers!
