Every decision made carries an element of risk. Every outcome of that decision is immediately realised. Every realisation, brings an element of reflection. Every reflection, is the beginning of a new lesson. Thats why the MIRRIS motto is: Risk. Reflected.

The day people realise that they should check their wearable/trackers, AT THE END of the day, as opposed to immediately upon waking up, is when they'll start to appreciate the benefits.

I eat this for breakfast 80% of my days. Greek yogurt, protein powder, psyllium husk, and blueberries. It’s easy, nutrient dense, high protein, and has a good amount of fiber. Highly recommend.

What's shocking, is in a country like Singapore, where "summer" is all year long, you still have almost 70% of the population that's deficient in D3.
Vitamin D deficiency isn’t rare. It’s normal. And it quietly weakens immunity, mood, and recovery. Sunlight is the fix your body was built for.

Loaded carry (equivalent to half bodyweight on each hand) for 60 seconds. Zercher Squat - 1.5x bodyweight.
The idea of the bench press being the number guys use to measure themselves against each other needs to change. I would argue it’s lowest on the totem pole of what matters strength wise. I would put the squat, deadlift, and even the overhead press above it in terms of importance.
