Filming starts in 2030
EXCLUSIVE: “Big Little Lies” kicked off production on Season 3 this week with a single day of filming. Returning star Merrin Dungey, who plays Detective Adrienne Quinlan, was among those on set.
• Insiders said that this week’s one day of shooting took place in order for the show to maintain its California state tax credit, which has already been approved.
• Full production on Season 3 isn’t expected to begin until next year, but a date has not yet been locked in.

Nicole Kidman says she “rallies against limitations” when it comes to working across all types of entertainment.
"Big screen, small screen, long form, short form, indie and studio films. I rally against limitations. I can explore all these things — and I’m like that in my personal life. This year and my next few years are for the adventures. I’m at a certain time in my life. I’m going to do the things I’ve always dreamt of doing that are not anything to do with work. Just to do with exploration."
