Our analysis on the New York Times Article:
> HYBE/ADOR sent the docs to New York Times and told them to frame Min Hee-jin as the main person behind it.
> New York Times refused and instead framed HYBE/ADOR as the ones behind it.
> HYBE releases statement denying that the contract is bad claiming it doesn’t violate human rights.
> They add however that NY Times refused their request to name Min Hee-jin as the one behind it.
New York Times linked an article by Star News that sourced our Copenhagen Studio post claiming ADOR teased NewJeans comeback.
In reality ADOR didn’t tease any comeback.
In conclusion it seems like a failed media play intended for foreign audience that backfired badly because unlike Korean outlets, New York Times didn’t comply.
NY Times seems to be well aware of what is going on.

Someone will have an ILLIT member as their profile picture and drop the most diabolical comments known to mankind, dox people and then tell you 'Empire is damaging ILLIT' for posting court updates.
If you're going to be evil leave ILLIT's name and their faces out of your dirty profile.
Defending a multi billion dollar company who's simply being called out for their evil activities is not okay.

The court updates we posted about Serian Heu losing her case are factual, and we clarified that the court didn't rule that ILLIT copied NewJeans in that case.
It is Serian Heu's fault for dragging the members to the case because she couldn't put her ego to the side.

You’re not loyal to ENHYPEN. You’re loyal to whatever BE:LIFT sells you. They sell you OT6. You buy it. They sell you Evan. You buy that too. So don’t come telling me you care about ENHYPEN, not while you’re buying and consuming content that was created with their blood, sweat and tears, while the company continues to overwork the members to the point of exhaustion. The only thing you care about is ENHYPEN’s next comeback, which BE:LIFT will offer you in exchange for money and even more exploitation of the members. That being said, you don’t care about them if you keep funding all of this :)
