Yesterday I mentioned I'm across 4 website projects
Here they are — and I'm going to start using this account properly now
(having signed up years ago and hating social media 🙈)
My 4 projects are
🏡 Property Investments UK — property deals + research, since 2014
🦁 Wyld Rivals — animal battles, real biology
🏖️ Wishing ai — travel discovery
💻 Onomora — curated domain names for the AI era
Small team. No investors. A lot of AI. Little sleep
I'll share the process here
Decisions, mistakes, what works, what doesn't.
Ask me anything. Links in the comments.

🐈 The cat’s out of the bag!
Proud to announce that DomainBooth, alongside @AtomHQ, has completed what is believed to be the first publicly reported six-figure .si domain sale!
The domain was sold for $100,000 on the nose.
Lambda.si was acquired by Lambda.ai following an inbound inquiry through Atom.
A fantastic milestone for DomainBooth, @AtomHQ, and the emerging .si aftermarket.

Funds just came in for a six-figure .si transaction our team helped negotiate. A few five-figure sales have closed recently too.
To be clear: demand for .ai still far exceeds demand for .si, and much of the early .si activity was speculative. But we are starting to see end users paying real money.
Whether this becomes a durable market or stays a handful of outliers is anyone's guess. Still very early, but worth watching.

Got some ideas for this one to build out in the future already if we end up holding
Its on the market for sale (as all our domains are) but will aim to build out in 2028 if we still hold it
My 2027 building projects are already planned
Busy year ahead 🙂

The Ocean Cleanup is now $40M/year short of what’s needed to stop up to 1/3rd of all plastic flowing into the oceans by 2030.
That’s less than 1% of what America spends on Halloween decorations each year.
WOW ! 🤯 I didn't think Google would be the one's to fix UK council planning issues
We built PlanAssist to help UK Government planning officers speed up building and renovations across the country.
Built with Gemini, it has shown it can cut the time planning officers spend assessing householder applications by up to 58%. It is now being made available to 12 more councils to help them to make faster decisions. 🏡 → goo.gle/4iQXYkl

Building games is so much fun
But...
I've no idea what i'm doing 😂
So I tried creating some assets to use across games
Built a thing with Google Argon... Now to try and put it to use in actual worlds were building
First couple of tests the assets don't look right in the scenes we then go on to build
So making improvements this week 🤞
