Great endorsement from an even better coach!
We appreciate Coach Rob Currin's support of FirstDown PlayBook. It's been a privilege to help your team navigate its pilot season, and we can't wait to follow your continued success in the years ahead @rob_currin

The American people elected a convicted criminal from the party known for “law & order” over a woman—a woman of color.
It seems being such is seen as a greater offense in many places.
This decision speaks volumes about our society.
There is much work ahead.

Inclusion > Exclusion
Hope > Despair
Tranquility > Rage
Humility > Ego
What we as Americans expect from ourselves, our partners, family, friends, employers, colleagues, children, students, players… we should expect in a President. #vote

One of my favorite things diving into more Dyson Daniels film: his discipline and technique in closeouts.
1. Consistently getting an early hand up
2. Trying to beat the ball to his man - arrive on the catch
3. Closing out on the balls of his feet - able to contain
One of the most used skills on defense, but one of the rarest and hardest to execute all 3 phases.
🙌
Thank you again to @CurtisHemingway @PTeague22 @rob_currin and the @BuffaloBills for a great experience for our ladies. Weather forced us inside for 7v7 but didn’t stop us from competing! 🔥🏈 @HiltonCadets @HiltonCSD @ned_dale @sectionvflagfb @PrimetimeBall_ @HighmarkStadm

This drill won't get you viral on social media but it is one of the most useful tools for developing defenders. Don't open your hips, Guard your yard... One of my favorite drills; Close the Gate.
Trust me, it might look easy, but try it out.

Rail is cheap & effective!
The rail is tight and works the alley at the bottom of the numbers.
PS #1 runs rub curl to force M under
PS #2 sets the mesh on over route by attacking the toes of the LB
BS #2 mesh under route
BS #1 post curl
