This is Sir Evelyn de Rothschild, former chairman of the House of NM Rothschild & Sons, reminding Charles who is the real King of the United Kingdom.
Lionel de Rothschild (Nathan Mayer's son) provided the loan that funded Prince Albert's purchase of Balmoral Castle and its surrounding estate in 1852. The Rothschild banks in London and Frankfurt also handled select payments on behalf of the royal couple from 1840 onward, when Albert married Queen Victoria.
The Rothschilds had already been bankers to Albert's uncle Leopold I of Belgium (also a Saxe-Coburg) since 1816, so the family was already embedded in the Saxe-Coburg orbit before Albert's marriage to Victoria brought them even closer to the British throne.
Nathan Mayer Rothschild was commissioned by the British Government to finance the war effort against Napoleon. From 1813 to 1815 he effectively became the government's chief financial agent, raising and transferring gold to pay Duke of Wellington's troops in Spain and France. In 1815 alone, the Rothschilds raised roughly £1.76 million (April–September) to keep the Allied armies paid, and Wellington's 209,000-strong force in Belgium was bankrolled by Rothschild-raised bullion.

They both serve the offshored. nitter.cf/HelloHypercube/status/…
Nathan Rothschild’s rise was fueled by the fortune of William IX of Hesse-Kassel, built on British government contracts, which the Rothschilds invested, before Nathan became Britain’s agent of the state, moving government funds and private capital across Europe.
The most famous middleman in history is an odd place to stop looking.
