So if I purchase a DVD and digitize it, that’s copyright infringement. But if an AI company buys my book and scans it to train their system, that’s perfectly fine? Once again, corporations are allowed to play by their own rules. I’m so sick of the hypocrisy.

When I was in Pakistan, I heard my male classmates making sexual comments about our teacher. I came to Germany, and the boys here were doing the same thing. So, really, men all over the world are the same. They’re just more restricted by laws in some places than in others.

The United States of America is now importing diesel from ruSSia. This means the United States of America is actively economically supporting the murder of Ukrainians. The United States of America used to be a great nation. It isn’t anymore. If this hurts you. Change it.

Finland deeply regrets the sanctions imposed on the ICC. We strongly support the Court’s work, autonomy and independence, and remain fully committed to supporting institutions that uphold international law. We stand firmly in support of the ICC’s personnel.

Televising this monster’s execution has every chance of turning him into a martyr and inspire further acts of terror. I fail to see what this is supposed to achieve. This is barbaric, dangerous, and beneath the dignity and decency of any civilised nation. Goodnight America.

The imposition of institutional sanctions against the International Criminal Court by the Government of the United States of America are “unacceptable,” UN Human Rights Chief @volker_turk calls for immediate measures of protection. “They must not be allowed to have a chilling effect on those working for or with the Court in pursuit of justice. I particularly urge the 125 States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court – a full two-thirds of the international community - to take urgent steps to defend its crucial work and assure its ability to function. They have a particular obligation to protect the institution they have created.” ohchr.org/en/press-releases/…

A European automotive supplier just secured ~€500M in new orders. 🇫🇷🇩🇪 FORVIA HELLA is developing: → 3-in-1 high-voltage battery management → Integrated 48V power systems Less wiring. Fewer components. Lower weight. The hidden engineering behind Europe's car industry.

The fact that it's become a witch hunt for Jane Doe instead of a hunt for the men who hurt her tells you everything you need to know and it fucking shows you exactly how very much rape culture is running rampant in this country.

Your son gets a girl pregnant at 16. “He’s just a kid.” Your daughter gets pregnant at 16. “She should’ve kept her legs closed.” You’re not teaching responsibility. You’re teaching whose body is disposable.

Why are National Guard troops in Washington D.C standing in front of a ballot drop box like they’re guarding it! This seems like it would be against 18 US code 592 which makes it a federal crime for any Military officer to be at any general or special Election polling place & ballot box.

By executing Nidal Malik Hasan in broad daylight for the mass murder of 14 innocent adults, Pete Hegseth is himself setting precedent of how to deal with mass murderers for when he faces accountability for mass murdering 165 innocent Iranian children.
