ai writes the code, we build the guardrails. that's the job now
People ask how you trust code an AI wrote that a junior can't fully explain. The answer is that you don't just “hope.” You put up bumpers. Test suites, CI checks, AI reviewers, human reviewers, seniors on architecture. At this point, the job is keeping AI in its lane.

The list was never the problem. The timing was. Signals beat volume. A new exec six months in. A champion who changed companies. A closed-lost gone quiet. You reach people right after something shifts, not on a schedule.

Neel Kumar didn't just pivot from media to proptech. He built a zero CAC business in Dubai, exited coto, and is now turning Rentify into an agentic OS for the entire rental economy. His one regret? Not starting on AI sooner Link in comments 👇

A year ago, we barely ranked on Google and this year, 44.3% of Flexprice’s inbound leads came from AI search. I’ve put together everything we tried, what worked, and a few additional resources at the end of the article for anyone looking to do the same.

I use a dozen tools for GTM. Instinct, Deepline, Reo, Sales Nav, the whole shelf. The outbound itself needs almost none of them. Claude to enrich, one tool to send, a reason worth replying to. The rest is comfort.

Adding an agent to group chats is becoming a basic feature that is a must for any AI agent In the past week we've seen Wabi, Tomo Community and now Instinct Group Chats - lots of innovation continuing to rise in this multi-player space However, I'm still not convinced that simply adding an agent to a group chat solves the gap (though it is absolutely a necessary step) What concerns me: 1/ everyone has a different taste for agents. how verbose they may be, their tone, their level of noise - these are all factors that can lead to different perceived experiences in the same chat the beauty of having your own agent is that it is tailored to YOU so the question becomes, how does an agent determine who to most cater to? 2/ the vibes of a group chat inherently change when a 3rd party is added, it becomes more of a transactional group chat rather than social (imo) i can see a solid use case for an active agent in a group chat when it comes to planning or serving a very specific purpose but i'm not sure i'd want an agent in my general group chats Super pumped to continue seeing teams sprint and ship at lightning speed, letting little ole consumers like me play around, have fun, and opine on the most electric space in consumer tech
Instinct in group chats is now available to everyone on iMessage. Add Instinct to a group chat, and it works for the whole group, including for friends who don’t use Instinct yet. The group gets its own Instinct that only knows what’s in the chat, not anyone’s accounts or data. When it needs something from you, it goes through your personal Instinct, which confirms with you first. A few things early access groups have used it for: - Planning a dinner party with friends - Organizing a road trip - Decorating an apartment Add Instinct to any group chat to get started. @GajanNagaraj @anuda_w @saagarwashere

Jason Lemkin runs GTM with 21 agents and still rates AI cold outbound a 5 out of 10. His fix isn’t more tooling. It’s first-party data. The account history you already own beats every scraped signal.

Only 250 ppl spending $10M+ is wild & this is the Anthropic bull case succinctly put. It doesn't matter if margins come down / are thin, basically no one is actually using AI yet, and everyone will.

There’ll be times where you over-guide the AI. It knows better than you and is more intelligent than you. There’ll be times where you under-guide the AI. It can go off-track, have the wrong biases, or miss context. How well you manage this superpower is the #0 skill I look for.

Anthropic $ANT IPO filing shows it now generates $2.08 in revenue for every $1 spent on compute which is up from just $0.40 in Q1 2025. Whats wild is that revenue grew ~29x while compute spending rose only ~6x as products like Claude Code drive adoption and more efficient models make each AI task cheaper to run.
