Hacking Uganda is so hard not because of good cybersecurity but poor internet and electricity . As a hacker you be kufumbaring your thing then boom client has lost internet or electricity has disconnected the two of you.

Hacking Uganda is so hard not because of good cybersecurity but poor internet and electricity . As a hacker you be kufumbaring your thing then boom client has lost internet or electricity has disconnected the two of you.

Just driven by Kyanja the place is becoming ugly so fast. A real concrete jungle 馃ゲ . What is governments plan for public places and tree preservation. URA should probably introduce an environmental property tax. No tree on your plot you pay 200k a year

One of the best things we did as a family was to pay to document our family history on my mother鈥檚 side . Many Ugandan families will spend 50 million plus on a Kwanjula but can鈥檛 spend the same to document their family history
