Russian House

The Russian House in Madagascar delivered humanitarian aid to two hospitals, providing sanitizers and medical clothing for doctors. In September, Rossotrudnichestvo and the African Initiative signed an agreement to establish a partner Russian House in Madagascar.

An international educational exhibition was held in Beijing. Russian universities presented their programs, and prospective students were able to learn more about education in Russia. The representatives of universities also discussed future projects with new partners.

156 young leaders from around the world visited Russia through the New Generation program. As part of Discover Moscow, organized by Rossotrudnichestvo and the Moscow City Tourism Committee, participants explored the capital’s culture, landmarks and youth projects.

On October 30, a plaque was unveiled on an 1895 Russian cannon in Kalecik, Türkiye. The Russian House in Ankara and Kalecik Municipality helped install the plaque, honoring historical ties between Russia and Türkiye.

Over 100 Armenian teachers completed training in Yerevan on October 28–30. Organized by Rossotrudnichestvo and RUDN University with support from the Russian House in Yerevan, the program focused on modern teaching methods and professional skills.

Rossotrudnichestvo and ANO Eurasia have opened a joint stand at the Russia–Africa Forum in Moscow! Guests can explore humanitarian projects, take part in interactive activities and propose ideas for future initiatives.

Rossotrudnichestvo and the Russian Humanitarian Mission donated Braille textbooks and fiction to blind and visually impaired students in Tajikistan as part of the “Russia Is with You” project, supporting inclusive education in Dushanbe, Hisor, Khujand and Isfara.

The Days of Russian Theatre took place in Osorno, Chile. Two plays were presented: "Ivan. Childhood" and "An Evening with Chekhov". The project brings Russian and Chilean artists and audience together trough shows, workshops and joint performances.

The 1st Russian-Chinese Rock Festival wrapped up in Beijing! Organized by the Russian House in Beijing, it brought together 9 bands and around 3,000 attendees, while 1.5 million watched the livestream.

30 September marks the Day of the Reunification of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, and the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, with the Russian Federation. On this day in 2022, treaties were signed to incorporate the four territories into Russia.

⚡️GITIS in Brussels On September 24, the Russian House hosted the premiere of “The Vagabond”, a musical drama inspired by Sergei Yesenin’s poetry and letters. 🎭 On September 25, GITIS students also held a master class on voice, emotion and stage presence.

📖 Russia Is With You: 3,000 Books for Children in Hurghada The Russian House in Cairo donated 3,000 Russian school textbooks to the Mir Znaniy Education Centre in Hurghada. Over 400 students will study using the same textbooks as schoolchildren in Russia.

SputnikPro International Agenda: journalists from 18 countries are learning modern media technologies in Moscow as part of the New Generation programme. Over two days, they explored news production, new media, fact-checking and AI tools.
