The Avoca beach theatre is getting the makeover from hell. This unpretentious rustic cinema, voted by the BBC as one of the ten most beautiful in the world is to be gift wrapped in concrete. killing all charm. The single screen to become four.

The owners sadly want to upgrade the theatre, kill its rustic charm, Cut it off from the beach, turn it into a multiplex.
