Happy Halloween from our spooky and not-so-spooky adoptables! 🧡
Some are serving up scares, some are just here for the treats, but they all have one thing in common: they're hoping their next big adventure includes a place to call home.
Congratulations to our October Volunteer of the Month, Kersten! 🎉
Kersten joined our Pet Profile Team and quickly went above and beyond, taking on additional responsibilities to make our adoptable animals’ profiles more engaging and help them find homes.
It's #NationalCaDay! 😻
Did you know Ruff Start has 162 cats available for adoption right now?! That's 162 chances to meet your next couch snuggler, treat enthusiast, yarn chaser, or nap buddy!

Halloween can be full of fun for us, but all the costumes, candy, and commotion can be overwhelming for our pets! 👻
Take a few extra precautions to keep them safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you enjoy the festivities.
Fall merch is here! 🍁
From flannels and new patch logo beanies to our bright yellow Colorblast crewneck, puffer vests, campfire mugs, and tumblers, there’s lots to love. Plus, we’ve restocked your favorite Ruff Start and Life’s Ruff Up North designs!

We’re so grateful to @bestcatlitter for donating all the litter our cats and kittens need! 😻
Made with sustainable, renewable ingredients, their litter is a great choice for both the environment and the cats in our care.
Winter is coming, and community cats need a warm place to shelter! 🐱
Ruff Start Rescue Education Manager Jordyn joined Heather and A.J. at @WCCO today to talk about outdoor shelters for stray and community cats.

Behind every second chance is a team of people working hard to make it possible, and our vet techs are a huge part of that story.
At 10 years old, Cora is ready for a soft place to land and someone who’ll let her open her heart at her own pace. 💕
Give this sweet senior a little patience, some cheese, and a cozy spot to call her own, and you might just meet your soul dog.
