Just like Christianity was used to conquer you? Make it make sense.
Muslims just out here living their lives and trying to survive in a fucked up world and you’re using the tactics of the colonial white man to harm other PoC. Get it together.

Tonight, the people of Toronto have spoken.
And you have given me the extraordinary honour of continuing to serve as your mayor.
I am grateful. I am humbled.
And I am so proud of our city.
My newest book chapter, "Transgressing Creolization: Queer Indo-Caribbean Masculinities, Creole Femininities and the Politics of Belonging in the Toronto Queer Fête", is out! For an open access link to read and download the article, check out the link.

It’s bc heterosexual masculinity is rewarded for occupying women’s bodies through sex. Sex workers are see as disposable while also a threat to the state because they are engaging in sex outside of marriage and one that isn’t tied to reproduction and “furthering the nation”.

To those celebrating St. Patrick's Day across Canada. Have fun. I don't mind you celebrating your culture that you brought from your country of origin here in Canada. Your parades are inconvenient but don't bother me. I assume you'll extend the same courtesy to me. :)

If you’re a barb and LGBTQ and you become a republican because Nicki said so…
You are fucking pathetic
And IDGAF about whatever you come here to call me
You have more than lost the plot! Them people do not like you, support you, or give a fuck about your livelihood and could give two shits if you got killed or died. They literally advocate against your rights.
