I get stopped at least 4 or 5 times a week in parking lots. Same convo every time Yes I love this vehicle. Best thing I’ve ever driven. Yes I can drive on road trips. Yes it’s got a “full tank” every day I wake up. No I’m not worried about the battery blowing up. Yes it drives itself. You should go test one out. You won’t go back to gas.

State of the storage market Broker emails me a 6 cap facility yesterday in a market I own in $120k NOI for $2m I email him and ask well heck, we doing 6 caps now? Get that for me on my $180k NOI site I’ll sell tomorrow. His response: Seller got under contract for this price one time so that’s what we had to list it at. No one will buy it and will likely only get sub $1.5 offers. Dont be afraid to send these guys 60, 70, 80% of list LOI’s. But something tells me this seller really doesn’t want to sell. He’s just wasting everyone’s time.

Just found out I’ve been renting these poles from the power company. I bought this facility 3 years ago but the poles have been up since 2004. $22 a month x 3 poles x 12 months x 22 years = $17,424 for pole rental
