Senator @ChrisMurphyCT, You have told the public that you were briefed on the plan to resume attacks on Iran, that you cannot share its details, and that "the plan is insane." You have said it will escalate the war, break international law and destroy America's commitment to the rule of law. Knowledge of that kind carries obligations. Public reporting points to what the plan holds. Israeli sources told ABC News the next strikes would target petrochemical facilities to erode Iran's economy. CNN reports US forces could strike within 96 hours of an order. In April your president promised that every bridge in Iran would be "decimated" and every power plant left "burning, exploding and never to be used again," and said he was "not worried" about war-crimes charges. You called that threat "a clear war crime." In July he told Fox News the United States would "knock out" all of Iran's power plants and bridges unless Tehran negotiated. The stated purpose was never military advantage but coercion: punish the population until its government yields. The UN called such attacks a very clear violation of international law. If the briefing showed the same intent, you are among the few Americans who "officially" know a war crime is being prepared. Secrecy does not bind you to silence about it. Executive Order 13526 forbids using classification to conceal violations of law; a stamp cannot convert complicity into a duty. The Speech or Debate Clause protects what you say in the Senate, as the Supreme Court confirmed in Gravel v. United States after Senator Gravel read the Pentagon Papers into the record. Senate Resolution 400 provides for disclosure over executive objection. Your oath runs to a Constitution that makes the Geneva Conventions the supreme law of the land, and their Common Article 1 requires every organ of the United States to ensure respect for them, the Senate included. The same duty reaches the chain of command. You said military leaders gave no sign of their private views. Make them state those views on the record: demand that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the CENTCOM commander say, in open session, whether each target passes the military-objective test. Remind them that a source of revenue is not a military objective, and that the "war-sustaining economy" theory behind such targeting is rejected by the ICRC and most states. Tell every service member that the UCMJ requires obedience only to lawful orders, that superior orders are no defense to a manifestly unlawful one, and that the War Crimes Act follows them for life. History will not ask whether the plan was classified. It will ask who knew, and what they did.
Trump is reportedly planning to restart war with Iran after the election. Some of us have been briefed on the war plan. And while I cannot disclose any details, I can say this: the plan is insane. It will not achieve objectives and will set off a new cycle of escalation.

BREAKING: The U.S. Army announced that is now training soldiers in North Carolina to dig mass battlefield graves for American troops for the first time in decades, rehearsing how to handle mass casualties as Trump's war on Iran is near. The Army says it hasn't needed to do this on a large scale since the Korean War.

Senator @ChrisMurphyCT reveals that war plan briefings by the administration show that Trump and Israel are planning an extreme escalation to win the war of choice wth Iran. Murphy calls the plan "insane." Not only will it fail, but it will also lead to "the likely destruction of our commitment to the rule of law." What Sen. Murphy says here is that Trump and Israel are planning a military campaign that violates every rule of war, including every American law regarding the conduct of war. It is not a war plan; it's a war crimes plan.

“When will the war in Iran end? Whenever I want it to end." So much for the legal fiction that it isn’t a war. U.S. law and the Constitution prohibit the Executive branch from fighting a war that isn’t declared or authorized by Congress.

What Washington is preparing against Iran is a premeditated war. Its date has been fixed in advance by the electoral calendar, not by any threat. Trump himself has vowed there will be no attack on Iran before the midterms, and Washington has reportedly told Arab states to prepare for a short, intense campaign after the vote. Premeditation is fatal to any claim of self-defense. Under Article 51 of the UN Charter, even anticipatory self-defense requires an imminent threat and a necessity leaving "no choice of means, and no moment for deliberation." A war that can be shelved for a month to suit an election is the product of deliberation, not necessity. The war's February start does not help: necessity and proportionality govern every phase, so a renewed campaign after a signed ceasefire must meet them again. The stated aim, to "finish the job," confirms this is aggression, not defense. Force used to impose terms on a state is coercion against its political independence, which Article 2(4) forbids. US law agrees. The Constitution gives Congress the war power and leaves the President only the power to repel sudden attacks. A campaign planned for months is neither sudden nor an emergency. If there is time to wait for an election, there is time to go to Congress. Since Nuremberg, planning and preparing a war of aggression have been crimes in their own right. A premeditated war is not a defense. It is the crime itself, scheduled in advance.

If your church is singing the national anthem of a foreign entity slaughtering men, women, and children live in 4K for the last 3+ years, you’re not in a church. You’re in a CULT.
Pastor John Hagee's "Night to Honor Israel" kicked off by having the venue transition from singing the US national anthem to the Israeli national anthem. Controversial Zionist federal Judge Roy Altman can be seen at Hagee's side proudly singing both anthems.

Iran obtaining a nuclear weapon was nothing more than Bibi’s sales pitch to get us into the war. This obvious reality is a punchline in Israel. Time to end our public humiliation. End the war. End our lopsided relationship with Israel.
Israel's Gadi Eisenkot: Netanyahu is a delusional person. He knows that Iran didn't have nuclear weapons.

AMERICA IS NOT ISRAEL'S WAR CHEST. Trillions spent on Middle East conflicts. American lives sacrificed. Our national debt exploding. Our infrastructure crumbling. And these Israel-first clowns keep demanding more money, more weapons, and more confrontation. YOU WANT ANOTHER WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST? THEN EXPLAIN WHAT THE FUCK AMERICA GETS OUT OF IT. American taxpayers are not Israel's ATM. American soldiers are not expendable. And American foreign policy is not Israel's property. NOT OUR WARS. NOT OUR DEBTS. NOT OUR BLOOD.
