Ever since my brother gifted me NCAA 2004 when I was 7 years old, I’ve been a die-hard fan of the series. I’m excited to share my dream will be coming true: tomorrow I will begin working with @EASPORTSCollege on the next College Football game as a UI Artist.

It’s clearly roughing the passer with targeting. The first angle shows he launches and makes forcible contact to the head/neck area of a defenseless player. The bizarre replay commentary, “There’s nothing there,” suggests they went by feelings rather than applied the rule.
