@RaniRiner and I hosted the first IT Ops and Service Network meeting today and I really believe this is the start of a really productive journey. We discussed the purpose of the community, where we saw challenges and duplication in IT Ops, and we shared a Learning from Failure
2/2 project with all its documents and outputs. We gathered feedback via menti and we switched on the community Teams channel. Let’s see how this community of like-minded people grows. There is so much benefit to be had! @NHSDigital @KettGeneral
